Obama Urged to Confront Islamic States on Religious Freedom

U.S. leaders from Obama down have spoken out on both issues, appealing for religious tolerance. Some of the countries that have been the most vocal about the threatened Quran burning also are among those where intolerance of religious minorities is widespread and often state sanctioned, according to religious advocacy groups.
